KOE – service to others, serious davening, sociabiilty and sensitivity

KOE will have services on the High Holidays, and will again not require any tickets.

Donations are appreciated (not required).

All services will be at the Youth Hostel.

We regret to announce that due to a scheduling mix-up at the Hostel, KOE will not be able to hold Tisha B’Av services tonight. We apologize for the late notice, but we wanted to see if we could find an alternative location before cancelling.

Ramath Orah on 110th St will be holding Mincha at 8:10 and Ma’ariv at 8:30.

Fast begins: 8:24 pm
Maariv and Kinot: 8:55 (it can be earlier – but not before 8:30)

Tuesday information:
Chatzot Yom: 1:02 pm
Mincha/Maariv: 7:55 pm
Fast Ends: 8:54 pm

Tisha B’Av: Fast begins Monday, July 19 at 8:23 PM and ends on Tuesday, July 20 at 9:11.
KOE is tentatively planning to hold Tisha B’Av evening services at 8:30 PM Monday at the Hostel. Further information will be announced.

Due to budgetary constraints, KOE is not planning to hold Shabbat morning services during the summer this year. However, if you would like to sponsor a Shabbat service, please let us know.

KOE is hoping to hold Tisha B’Av evening and afternoon services as usual. Further information will be announced.

KIDDUSH: If you would like to sponsor kiddush, please email kiddush@koe.org at
least a week in advance.
