The status of the Eruv is posted Friday afternoon on www.koe.org in the gray column. As of Friday afternoon, it is up.

Tisha B’Av: Fast begins Monday, July 19 at 8:23 PM and ends on Tuesday, July 20 at 9:11.
KOE is tentatively planning to hold Tisha B’Av evening services at 8:30 PM Monday at the Hostel. Further information will be announced.
